Who we are

RED Real Estate Developers helps buyers find flats and independent houses in West Delhi, including Uttam Nagar, Dwarka Mor, Dwarka, Nawada and Vikas Nagar. Our website address is https://redrealestate.in.

This policy explains what personal information we collect through the website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

We collect information you give us and a small amount of usage data:

  • Enquiry form: your name, WhatsApp number, budget, area preference and any message you write. The form sends this to our team by email.
  • Calls and WhatsApp: your phone number and anything you tell us when you contact us.
  • Comments: the details in the comment form, plus your IP address and browser user agent to help detect spam.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through analytics.

We use this to answer your enquiry, suggest suitable properties, improve the site and prevent spam.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Tag Manager and Burst Statistics to measure how visitors use the site. This shows us which pages help and which confuse.

If you leave a comment you can choose to save your name, email and website in cookies for one year. Staff who log in to manage the site receive login cookies that last two days, or two weeks if they select Remember Me.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

Comments and media

An anonymised string made from your email address (a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check whether you have a profile picture. See the Gravatar privacy policy. After your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible next to it.

If you upload images, avoid files with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download images and read that data.

Embedded content

Pages may include videos, maps or Google reviews from other websites. These sites may collect data about you, set cookies and track how you interact with their content, as if you had visited them directly.

Who we share data with

We share data only with providers that help us run the site: hosting, email delivery for enquiry notifications, analytics, and automated spam checks. If you request a password reset, your IP address is included in the reset email.

How long we keep data

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and keep our business records. Comments and their metadata are kept indefinitely so follow-up comments can be approved automatically. Registered users can see, edit or delete their profile details at any time, except their username.

  • correct it, or
  • erase it, except where we must keep it for legal, administrative or security reasons.
